A community growth programme that helped scale the G-Agents AI ecosystem on TON to about 1.4 million users in six months, with Telegram at 401,000 members and X at 229,000 followers within three months.

The challenge
G-Agents AI needed a market presence and a loyal user base in a crowded TON ecosystem. At the same time it was supporting a Web3 gaming community and preparing a token launch in a bear market.
My contribution
- Led the acquisition, engagement and retention strategy
- Coordinated KOLs, moderators, content teams and regional contributors across Telegram, Discord and X
- Ran Zealy campaigns for gamified acquisition, backed by AMAs, meme battles, competitions and layered rewards
- Led GTY token marketing, TGE communications and staking promotion during a bear market
- Helped the MetaFighter gaming community pass 240,000 members
