Growth for a multi-chain DeFi aggregation platform. Supported 5+ DeFi projects across Linea, zkSync, Scroll and Solana, grew HorizonDEX's community past 100,000 members in one month, then moved into business development and secured 350+ partnerships across Web2 and Web3.

The challenge
MultiFarm was supporting launches on several networks at once, and each needed its own positioning and audience strategy. It also needed a partner network that would sustain growth after launch.
My contribution
- Supported growth for 5+ DeFi projects, including HorizonDEX on Linea, zkSwap on zkSync, Skydrome on Scroll and NovaDEX on Solana
- Grew HorizonDEX's community past 100,000 members in its first month with targeted acquisition campaigns, weekly AMAs and incentive programmes
- Tailored the go-to-market plan to each DeFi protocol and yield product
- After a promotion, led business development end to end: finding, onboarding and managing strategic partners
- Secured 350+ partnerships across wallets, exchanges, infrastructure providers, dApps and payment processors
- Built working relationships with founders, BD leads and ecosystem leaders for co-marketing
